Business Model Canvas added to the IIBA BABOK v3

A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value.

One of the very widely used techniques for describing a business model is the Alexander Osterwalders’ ‘Business Model Canvas‘ framework. It is one of the new techniques that have been added to the business analysis tool belt in the BABOK Guide v3, which will be launched in April 2015.

We hope that one day the Project Model Canvas will be included in a Project Management approach such as the PMI PMBOK.
